The shape of sections makes it possible to achieve slender and strong window and door designs. A substantial advantage of the MB-45 system is the possibility of bending profiles, including frames, casements\/leafs and muntins, which makes it possible to make various types of arches and arched structures.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text css_animation=&#8221;fadeIn&#8221;]<\/p>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p>Tightness is ensured by the application of special synthetic EPDM rubber gaskets, which guarantee resistance to aging over the course of many years of use. A characteristic feature of this system is its strict connection to MB-60 and MB-70 window-door systems. The system&#8217;s universality and attractiveness expands the range of variants to choose from, in the case of different design details, e.g. bottom sealing of door leafs, sealings of sliding and swinging doors, shape of glazing beads, shape and height of door thresholds. The system makes it possible to apply glazing sets with thicknesses from 2 mm to 35 mm in window casements and from 2 mm to 26 mm in fixed windows and door leafs. The MB-45 system is also the base for special solutions: MB-45D smoketight partitions and doors (class S30) and so-called MB-45S \u201cgroove-fitted\u201d doors<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator][vc_empty_space][vc_row_inner equal_height=&#8221;yes&#8221; content_placement=&#8221;middle&#8221;][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Aluprof MB-70&#8243;][vc_column_text]s a modern aluminum system serving for installation of demanding thermal and acoustic insulation in exterior architectural elements, e.g.: various types of windows, doors, vestibules, storefronts, spatial structures.<br \/>\nThe system&#8217;s profiles have a three-chamber design. The designed depth of the window\u2019s sections is: 70 mm (frame), 79 mm (casement), and for the door, accordingly: casing 70 mm and leaf 70 mm. The adopted depths of casement and frame sections give the effect of a single plane on the exterior side after closing \u2013 in the case of a window, and the effect of flush frame and leaf surfaces \u2013 in the case of a door. The shape of sections makes it possible to achieve slender and strong window and door designs.<\/p>\n<p>It is possible to bend profiles, including frames, casements\/leafs and muntins, which makes it possible to make various types of arches and arched structures.<\/p>\n<p>The MB-70 system is characterized by a low heat transfer coefficient U thanks to the application of thermal spacers and gaskets. Heat transfer coefficient Uf of the MB-70 system&#8217;s profiles is equal to: for windows: from 1.5 W\/m2K to 2.39 W\/m2K. Omega-shaped thermal spacers made of polyamide reinforced with glass fiber, with a width of 34 (windows) and 24 (doors) mm, are applied in the system. The shape of the spacers increases the rigidity of profiles in comparison to flat spacers and facilitates drainage of sections, thereby ensuring the proper thermal insulation in all weather conditions. Adopting such a design assumption made it possible to apply many compatible elements in these systems, e.g.: common glazing beads, corners, sealing strips, glass and rebate gaskets, common fittings, locks, hinges, and they also have many technological processes in common, such as studding of muntin and cross-bar connectors, gluing of corners, machining of various recesses, etc. One of the effects of such unification is that both the exterior and interior appearance of the products: windows, doors, etc., is nearly identical between different exterior or interior systems for exterior or interior installation.<\/p>\n<p>The MB-70 system is the base for solutions with high thermal insulation: MB-70HI, MB-70US HI and MB-70CW HI.
